Excel Trade Show Campaign

This ExCeL campaign is designed to be used by ExCeL staff to advertise ExCeL’s services at several trade shows across the globe. As ExCeL’s brand slogan is ‘We take every event to heart’, the aim was to communicate that ExCeL is run by a team that truly cares for its clients and the events they host.

I created avatars for the whole ExCeL team. They were used across the campaign with messages from each team member to add a personal touch. In the campaign artwork, the avatars interact with the text to reiterate the message that the ExCeL team personally cares for and builds each event they host.

For pre-event activity, the campaign consisted of x4 HTML emails, x4 social media designs, a direct mail leaflet, and a campaign webpage housed on the ExCeL website.

event survival kit

For each event the team attended, I put together an Event Survival Kit filled with individually and personally chosen, branded giveaways such as hand sanitiser, protein bars and comfy shoe liners to name a few, all picked by each ExCeL staff member to give to potential clients at the shows.
