When international travellers shop abroad, they can claim back the tax on items they purchased when they return home. Global Blue facilitates the tax repayment procedure for these travellers. Global Blue created a membership card scheme for regular and VIP customers to offer ease of tax refund and other benefits.

I was tasked with producing the brand for a membership card loyalty scheme offering benefits for regular Global Blue customers. The basic membership is the ‘Classic Card’ and for more VIP customers there is the ‘Diamond Card’ membership scheme which offers luxury benefits for high-spending international shoppers.
